Bloat

Bloat is easy to kill, but it’s better to keep your distance if you don’t want to get covered in toxic bile.

Description

Bloat is a fairly weak specimen that appears on every wave without exception. It is truly dangerous only at close range.

Behavior

• Moves at a slow pace
• When close enough, vomits on the player
• Can also attack with a machete

Combat tactics

Keep your distance. Shoot it in the head with any firearm, and if you decapitate it, don’t try to “finish it off” — its belly can burst and splash bile on you or nearby players.

If you play Berserker, you can quickly kill Bloat by decapitating it before it starts vomiting.

After Bloat dies, a dense gas cloud remains and blocks vision.
