List of Whitelisted Mutators

Mutators are one of the main parts of all games based on Unreal Tournament. Mutators modify the game, making it easier, harder, or simply changing some parts of gameplay. Including replacing one mutant with another. All Unreal Engine games are famous for their gameplay modification feature.

Mutator List System

Mutators in the whitelist allow using and leveling up perks. After the update from June 29, 2010, all official mutators that replace mutants were moved to gray and black lists. Gray list — allows selecting a perk, but disables leveling. Black list — completely disables using and leveling perks.

After the update from October 23, 2012, all mutators not in the whitelist were moved to the gray list (that is, the black list was effectively removed).

Whitelisted Mutators

XBan	Server	Advanced options for blocking players (ban).
Mirror Friendly Fire	Gameplay	Player receives a certain percentage of damage from how much they damaged a teammate.
Hellfire	Replacer	Only Husks will spawn during the game.
KF Faked Players	Gameplay	Increases the number of mutants depending on the number of players set in the mutator (99 players = 800 mutants).

Gray Listed Mutators

KF Bleed Out	Gameplay	This mutator allows your character to bleed. You will constantly lose health.
Custom Shop Mutator	Gameplay	This mutator allows the server administrator to add custom weapons to the Trader’s list.
Unsilenced MAC-10	Content	This mutator replaces the MAC-10 model with a model without a silencer.
Only This Specimen	Gameplay	This mutator allows you to select one type of mutant that will respawn on all waves except the final one.
KF Bots	Gameplay	This mutator adds bots to the battle against mutants.
Forced Max Players	Gameplay	This mutator allows increasing the available number of players (more than 6).

Important Notes

Whitelist: Mutators in the whitelist allow using and leveling up perks. This means players can gain experience and increase perk levels when using these mutators.
Gray List: Mutators in the gray list allow selecting a perk, but disable leveling. Players will not gain experience when using these mutators.
Official Mutators: Official mutators from Tripwire Interactive are always in the whitelist, except for those that replace mutants (they were moved to the gray list).
